Holly has a degree in physical therapy and business. While being a stay at home when her 3 sons were young, she began working with rental properties and three years ago renovating and flipping houses became her new passion. Holly enjoys working with clients to design a dream room or entire home. When Holly isn’t renovating she enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband Jason.

Ryan has worked in the construction field for 25+ years. He worked for a home builder and was promoted quickly to manage work crews. Later he worked independently in the roofing industry. Ryan and Holly created GTi Construction LLC to compliment Holly’s flipping and rental business. Ryan’s craftsman skills and attention to detail have made GTI a growing success.

Brad attended electrical engineering school at the University of Toledo and worked as a carpenter. While starting his career in the engineering field, Brad started remodeling his own home and realized where his true talents lie. Brad joined the GTi construction team last year and has remodeled kitchens, baths, and designed many custom cabinets. He is able to create anything a client desires.
